Kadaish yomainu keh-keh-ih-deem.

It's from an ancient prayer that is preserved for us in Hebrew tradition.

It means, "Renew our days as of old."  But, that isn't quite what we might think it means.  It's not a nostalgic appeal to "remember the good ol' days."  Rather, it is a plea that our relationship with God be made fresh: not forgetting all the valuable lessons we've learned along the way, but still starting over again, with new eyes and a new heart, to meet our Savior once again for the first time.  

There is a passion in this walk of faith, learning to know who is this God that we have placed our eternal confidence in, and seeking to meet Him daily.  It is a passion that many long for, but have struggled to express.  "Renew Our Days" is one man's pursuit of that depth in relationship.

Through his music, teaching and writing, Mark Staneart offers sincerity and authenticity that focuses on the pursuit of God, never suggesting that The Most Holy is within our grasp, but in honesty and humility, never accepting the current human condition.
