Building Strong Relationships
We don't get together simply to put on our "Sunday best". We want to take the time to seriously get to know each other: how can we help one another, and how can we grow stronger in our relationship with God and with the people around us.
This means that you're not going to find a polished program or a choreographed performance; but, real people who are asking serious questions. It means that worshiping God isn't simply ignoring what is going on in the world while we sing about what we want to believe.
Strong relationships aren't built on common ideologies. The truth is that, a relationship built on beliefs can rarely go very deep. Because two people can't see anything exactly the same way, inevitably, the deeper you go, the more differences you will find. Strong relationships are forged when we learn that we can trust one another, honor one another, and be willing to learn from each other, while accepting that those differences are there.
